5W watts of great early 50’s harp tone. The Chicago Harpmaster 5 is the newest of your line of harmonica amps. 5W watts of great early 50’s harp tone in 1x8 combo. It’s fat sound comes from the octal 6SL7 pre-amp tube, a 5Y3 recitifer and 6V6 power tube. With a bullet mic it got all the Little Walter tones you dream of!
It’s can be used at home and is loud enough for smaller gigs or large gigs mic’d up.

Speaker: 8 inch Weber Alnico speaker or re-coned vintage Alnico speaker
Voicing: Unlike many amps the Chicago Harp Master 5 is voice specifically for harmonica and hi-z microphones. This voicing gives you great breakup while reducing the tendency to feedback.
Low noise: A special resistor selection, galactic grounding scheme, elevated heater system, and hum filter give the amp much lower noise than most other single ended amps.
